Welcome to the Commonwealth's Department of General Services' Bureau of Vehicle Management's Automotive Service Enrollment System

Dealerships, Franchises, and Independent Garages wishing to participate in the Commonwealth's Department of General Services' Bureau of Vehicle Management Automotive Services program must complete the Automotive Services Application. Once enrolled, these businesses are available to the Commonwealth to perform maintenance and repairs on their vehicle fleet.

Once your application has been approved, you can use the Renew / Manage Vendor Account button to view service rates and to update your Certificate of Insurance, Company Contacts, and Service Location details.

Updates for 26/27:

Increasing labor rates for mechanical/body repairs
Increase in oil change pricing
Paint and Material charges will be capped at $44
Towing Flat Rate for first 10 miles from hookup; $5 per mile after first 10 miles
Option to select if you perform Paint-less Dent Removal (PDR)
Option to select if you provide mobile repair services
Availability to add any notes pertaining to each location on the Service Location page (notes will be public to all Commonwealth drivers)
