The Department of General Services (DGS) establishes COSTARS Contracts for the exclusive use of local public procurement units and state affiliated entities in accordance with the Commonwealth Procurement Code, 62 Pa.C.S. § 1902.
Bids will be accepted on any given Commonwealth business day. Any bid received after the Bid Opening time will be opened on the next Commonwealth business day. NOTE TO CURRENT SUPPLIERS WHO ARE SUBMITTING A BID AT RENEWAL: Please do not submit a new electronic bid until sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of your current contract. The electronic bidding system will reject the bid.
